Server- young brunette girl of a slightly heavier build.
I went through the drive through to order my meal. The line of cars was progressing slowly. The drive through operator began our interaction when i was 2.5m approximately away from the ordering sration. Needless to say i didn't respond as there was no point. When i did progress forward enough to order i had to repeat myself multiple times. The lady asked me what size i wanted 5 times and i responded every time however had to yell it at her because she doesnt listen! Eventually she got my order and i progressed forward to pay and collect my meal. Again she didn't listen!! requiring me to raise my voice to tell her i wanted to use paywave as she talked over me when i answered. I eventually got my food and parked up. I opened up my meal and wouldn't you know it she gave me a whopper instead of a bacon delux burger... I like Hungry Jacks and prefer it over McDonalds but McDonalds never muck up my order. The whopper was nice but next time i will have to check my meal which is a shame..

When it comes to a Hungry Jack's store, this one can be a bit of a hit and miss. Definitely not a stand out.

While the drive-thru is well designed, the amount of times I've received discrepancies to what I've ordered is just poor service. There was one occassion I bought a large coke for a friend and myself and we threw them out after one sip because they tasted funky.
